The property was lovely and modern, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was amazing! Very spacious and a in a very private area. The owners were super friendly and approachable and made our stay very accommodating nothing was too much.

Slight vehicle noise from the road but once asleep didn’t disturb at all and the road wasn’t a busy road so the noise wasn’t constant. Also could have done with being slightly closer to York town centre as a taxi would have been a little pricey, the drive took between 20-30 mins.

The location is perfect, the hosts are lovely! the bed was super comfy!

Lovely set out, hot tub was beautiful after a day of shopping. Caravan is modern and beautiful done. Thank you for our stay will be returning in future.

Door doesn't shut on van properly, no garden view, lake is on farm not beautiful lake view like advertised. it's a farm yard with old dumped caravan. Hot tub had sick down side from a previous stay and wasn't chemicalled or tested properly turning my swim shorts from black to brown, turning rings from 9ct white gold to gold, totally stripped colour off rings. Ramp to got tub was old wood decking no signs, grip mats or salt to put down and when icy very dangerous causing accidents and 2 members of group falling on it n 1 cutting hand.

The hosts were lovely and met us when we arrived. Beds were comfy and hot tub was enjoyed! Would have been nice to have been told the digs name as he appeared a few times!

Bathroom was small - but expected and couldn't be helped. Wouldn't stop us coming again
