Amazing quality property. Well furnished, really comfortable and good distance from the York centre. Parking permit supplied to allow parking at the property, so don’t need to pay for parking or walk far for parking either. Nice little welcome basket upon arrival, and a bag of ice in the freezer too!

Nothing, if I’m being really really picky then I would say one of the bedroom doors opens on its own sometimes. But it didn’t cause any bother at all

This was an amazing location, easily walkable to all of York’s core area, but also just far enough away from the pubs and clubs to be quiet when you got home in the evening. An easy walk from the rail station, and perfect for a no car trip up from London. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the modern conveniences, while the rest of the house has that classic charm. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time on our trip!

Attractive, nicely furnished and decorated house with a nice sunny garden in good weather. Quiet area , about a 10- 15 minute walk to Shambles and Minster.

We were happy. Be aware that because it is a tall narrow house at the back, there are two sets of stairs to get to the en-suite bedroom under the eaves. Bathroom on the first floor is generous.

It was so cosy & homely & ideally situated for all the local shops & tourist attractions whilst being in a quiet spot. Definitely recommend

A very lovely house in the heart of York. Very close to the centre but a quiet little street so very peaceful. The house is a very high spec & spotlessly clean. We were very comfortable & had a super weekend. 😊

very tasteful and fashionable apartment was impeccably clean and contained every necessary modern amenity. walking distance to historic central York as well as the train station.

Would have been nice to have a coffee maker instead of instant coffee. and would have been nice to have soaps amd shampoos, etc. but these are very minor suggestions and not criticisms.

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Every room was spacious and light, the dining room had a large table which is great for playing games/drinking together. The beds were so clean and comfy, and the shower in the main bathroom was amazing.

Absolutely perfect property. It was clean, well stocked, great shower, excellent kitchen with quality appliances; just a really nice place to stay close to the city centre and a joy to come back home to.
