"Beautiful stay"

Stunning and well maintained property, plenty of room for our family of 3 adults/2 toddlers/1 baby. Everything was spotless, and the property owner was very responsive to any issues (boiler was off when we arrived for eg but quickly fixed). Ample on street parking and a handy parking pass which was great so we could leave the car worry free. A very easy walk to the walled section of York, every attraction couldn't have been more than a 15min wander at toddler pace!

No toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) in the shower or bath but it didn't matter as we always bring our own.

The location was perfect for exploring York. The property is incredibly welcoming and finished to a beautiful specification. Everything was very clean, the beds & bedding was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with helpful equipment for our stay.

They really lovely and well furnished three bedroomed property. We could not fault it. Very well thought out kitchen reasonably well equipped, although some cooking utensils seem to be lacking, but this is a minor point.

"We would happily return for the location alone and it’s a nice set up for a family group."

We loved the location, it was perfect for our party of 6 to stay together and explore the city on foot.

There was a few niggles with cleaning and service that took the shine off what could have been an all round excellent stay.
