The beds could do with been updated

We liked that everything was very clean, the house was lovely, and 30 min walking from the centre.

That there wasn’t Salt in the kitchen and one bed in the room facing towards the garden had a wooden slat totally broken, therefore we couldn’t use that bed, but we had plenty of bedrooms so we switched to another one :)

Two single beds were loud when a person was turning. Difficult to get a good night's sleep.

A smartly-refurbished house in a quiet residential street. Lovely little park across the road and convenient for walking, driving or public transport into the city centre. Good communication prior to arrival. Large bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Plenty of extra linen and pillows. The double beds in particular were comfortable. Great, modern kitchen with efficient hob and oven. Good strong shower. Excellent central heating, once we'd worked out the controls. Nice little touches - teabags and milk, and toiletries in the bedroom.

Nothing major. The living area is small for six. Some instructions for the kitchen appliances, washing machine, heating and TV would have been good, although we worked everything out. There is a washing machine but no dryer, or much in the way of drying facilities - a washing line in the back garden would have been handy. The handrails at the top of the stairs are wobbly, and don't inspire confidence. The two single beds are very creaky - probably only really meant for small children.

The bath towels and bed covers are all very clean, the house is spacious, well organized and decorated, the mattress is good. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and microwave.

There was dust under the beds, I suggest having more large pans and washing curtains. But the house itself was clean, we recommend it.

Great location, lovely walk in to town or choice of several bus routes. Nice park literally on your doorstep for walking the dog with a community café. Co-op a few mins walk. Very good value for money.

Great location with the park opposite ideal for the dogs and easy walk into town.

The handrail on the stairs was hanging off very dangerous few stains on carpet very dusty needs better mattress for bed you can feel the slats underneath
