Flaxman Avenue - Lovely 4 bed home, 5 mins drive to York City Centre, Free superfast Wi-fi, Free on-street parking

Good location with a play park for the children nearby. Short walk to the city. Clean and tidy.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped accommodation on a quiet street. It was nice to have toilets upstairs and downstairs. There is plenty of parking in the street. Pleasant walk through the park into the centre of York.

Could do with larger sofas so everyone can sit comfortably.

Brilliant location for our trip to explore York and the YoU. Comfortable, warm and great size.

Great location for short visit with two generations of my family needing a quieter location and excellent value. Plenty of parking. Took two dogs and perfect for them with enclosed garden. With four bedrooms everyone had their own space.

Not disliked but could be improved in time-the beds/ mattresses could be better quality.

Quiet location in suburb of York. Spacious modern and clean mid terraced house with large back garden. Pictures do not do it justice. Dog friendly. Shower gel, tea, coffee and milk sachets provided . Nice linen. Nice bathroom and cloakroom. Great price. Comfortable accommodation. Would come again .

Microwave couldn’t work as button was pressed in. Cheap pots No internet so had to hook up tv to mobile data as no tv Ariel either. Host not very responsive to text or initial messaging.

Excellent location - walking distance from the city centre. Great to have four bedrooms so no-one had to share a room. The two toilets were also incredibly useful.

The property was suitable for 6 people upstairs, but downstairs it was difficult to fit the five of us around the dining table or on the sofas. We found the house cold and there were no instructions left to help with the heating, TV or cooker. Also no instructions regarding leaving the property, so we weren't sure whether to put the recycling out or strip the beds. The WiFi details were out of date and there was no answer to our text. The details were finally sent by email.

Fantastic house with lovely facilities. Would definitely visit again.
