close to town and the beach

House is very dated. Bathroom and toilet need updating badly. Windows need screens to keep bugs out. Fix door knob to toilet. A few more amenities in kitchen would be nice such as coffee, tea, sugar. Soap and body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Some beach gear. Towel has stains that should be cleaned better.
