Everything the view the fire the bath ..

Mike the host was great at letting us know about the cottage before arrival - got an earlier check in. Good wifi, plenty of cooking equipment, good forrest nearby to take the dog for a gallop, good view of valley. Got down to freezing outside at night but the house has good electric central heating and a fire so we were cosy all night. Would gladly go back.

more info about the layout of rooms, the position of the upstairs bathroom (as you opened the door of the bedroom you could not see the door to the bathroom and we did not know it was there till going to bed. Also the second small bedroom upstairs did not look suitable as a bedroom but we were not using that. It would have been handy to have left for us milk, bread and logs (possibly rather than the gifts)

Took a little bit of finding in the dark, even though we knew we were only feet away!

Spotless, spacious, onsite parking, stunning location but within easy reach of towns, coast etc. Communication with Mike, the host , was excellent. 2 ensuite bedrooms much appreciated, kitchen well equipped and the open fire made for an even cosier stay. The conservatory at the back was great for birdwatching with uninterrupted views of the scenery. Lots of walks around straight out of the cottage, and outside space front and back.

The only thing is possibly adding a shower attachment to the upstairs bath.

Beautiful cottage well maintained with excellent views of the Welsh countryside also local to amenities and castle local pub good food and friendly staff overall a very nice stay and would recommend

We loved the location , beautiful scenery. Complete peace and quiet . No sounds of cars or people . Loving calm atmosphere. The cottage clean and tidy . Comfortable beds . Shower good , especially cold showers ! Cooker and hob excellent. Fire gorgeous. Central heating just right. Parking space safe and easy to get into . Nice locals . Walks exceptional. Host Mike was lovely. The drive there real easy . No bother to find at all.

That we had to leave . Could be a little cheaper especially in the winter months .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We arrived at night when it was dark so to wake up in the morning to those views was something else. We have been so lucky with the weather too so enjoyed a day in conwy (short drive away) and then to finish our trip off we had a walk around the local nature trail and the girls loved the pancakes at the Dutch pancake cafe around the corner. The cottage had everything you need, every detail has been thought of and the place was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for everything my husband had a really lovely birthday weekend.
