Beautiful cottage with the perfect layout for us with the ground floor ensuite bedroom for my elderly mother. Perfect, peaceful, stunning location in a beautiful valley but easy to get where we wanted to go. Great walks from the property too. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

It wasn’t a dislike, just that we came in a 9 seater LWB van and the private road to the property is very narrow with a sharp bend and stone walls each side. We got in and out every day, with very careful manoeuvres. Of course lots of roads in the area are the same and as expected. Didn’t put us off at all.

Location great 3 miles from Conwy Castle, The Gros hotel one mile away where we had a lovely Sunday Lunch and a drink in there lovely beer garden , The Dutch pancake house very popular place to eat . The cottage was in a quiet location With fantastic views and lovely sunsets the Cottage was well equipped and really comfortable for adults and our dog. Would definitely visit again.

The couple that stayed in the bedroom upstairs would have liked a hand held shower head on bath tap and a hand rail for getting in and out of bath this is not a criticism just a respectful suggestion

Very quiet, far from any traffic next to a pancake house and in easy distance from Conwy (if you have your own transport). The conservatory has a wonderful view into the green landscape and we never really used the living room.

The third bedroom only has access to a bathroom via one of the other bedrooms

Lovely little cottage, great walks on the doorstep. Not far from Conwy. Cozy and comfortable. Dog friendly is a great plus - our Cocker Spaniel enjoyed her stay
