Sycamore Cottage

The cottage was warm and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It's great to have a well equiped kitchen and the conservatory was a delight. Fantastic views over the landscape as the weather (good and bad!) rolled by. Wonderful to see so many different birds on the bird feeder. Nice walks from the cottage itself and just a short drive away are Conwy castle, NT Bodnant gardens, Conwy RSPB reserve, and much more. On returning home we found we'd left a couple of items behind. Mike generously took the trouble to return them to us. Many thanks.

A folder with info about wifi/kitchen appliances/shower etc could be helpful. The shower could be more powerful.

The property was on the doorstep of the Conwy Water Gardens and was absolutely gorgeous. Mike was really easy to communicate with on the lead up to the booking and was prompt at replying. The cottage was easy to access. The children's room was gorgeous and my daughter was in awe at having such a cute room.

Beautiful cottage. So peaceful with 2 stunning gardens to unwind. Both enclosed and perfect for our dogs. The view is something else and we spent most of our time in the conservatory watching the visiting wildlife. It is literally a 1 minute walk to the pancake house and into the water gardens which was lovely to wander around. Mike was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, friendly but not intrusive which we appreciated. Just the perfect location for a full unwind and reset, we will definitely be booking for next year.

The cottage was beautiful with the most wonderful view from the conservatory! Very clean and had everything we could have needed. The cottage is in a great location and was quite central to everywhere we wanted to go (castles/mountains/beaches) and the neighbourhood was quiet but friendly. Extra bonus on rainy days with the water gardens on site or there’s a tv in cottage. The conservatory was our favourite spot; whether it was in the morning watching all the birds from woodpeckers to red kites or in the evening the shooting stars we saw were quite something! Honestly a wonderful cottage with a great amount of storage, private and peaceful. Really well thought out with everything you could need. Can’t wait to stay again!
