都很不错，酒店内各种设施应有尽有，适合多人旅行。711便利店就在对面，离公交站也不远，下次来京都仍是我们的首选。

I really enjoyed stayig at this house. The host Akane was there welcoming us she offered to pick us up from the station put we choose to walk to the house she is super nice and cheerful person explained every thing in the house also she recommended places we should visite in kyoto and shops we can rent kimonos with good price. The house was cozy clean an fully equipped there is coffee machine easy to use and the coffee was delicious. The washing machine is easy to use when follow the instructions that the host hang next to it in Eglish. I'll recommend this place to all my friends and family to stay in it if they visit kyoto The place in a quiet peaceful area the 7/11 is cross the street Its close to the metro station and the buses stops the main road leads to many stores and land marks places. Checking in and out went so easily also the host offer us a ride to the Kyoto station for free and she took for us a family photo in front of the station I just can describe how wounderful this woman is I hope I'll visit kyoto again just to stay in this inn again

Some noise from the street in the morning

The location was wonderful, close to all bus routes. Across the road from 7/11 and around the corner from a wonderful supermarket. The property gave us a real feel for living in a traditional Japanese house in Kyoto.

There was no storage location for suitcases/clothes, clothes got left on the floor. More towels would have been nice

The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. They even provided a cot, high chair, bibs and bouncy chair for our baby. Having washing and drying facilities was also really helpful when travelling with a baby. Check-in and check-out was really easy, and the host even gave us a lift to Kyoto train station at the end of our stay (which was so kind and much appreciated). Location was great - easy to find and close to a 7-eleven. Would recommend!

You could feel some of the springs in the mattress of the main double bed, but only a very minor point.

Such a cute place for our family to base our stay in Kyoto. Quiet street and a short walk to metro line and only 2 stops to all the action. 7-11 right across the road and a supermarket at the end of the street. The house has everything you need and our host was lovely. Much more authentic than staying in a hotel and lovely and peaceful to come back to at the end of the day.
