Much better than the photos!!! A great cottage in a lovely, quiet location. Such comfy seating in the open plan lounge. Huge TV! The main bedroom was perfect for us. I really liked that there were place mats to prevent any damage to bed side table surfaces and for the lounge.( I do travel with a couple of coasters- I know its a bit odd !!!) Good shower. The covered outside seating area was a fab place for relaxing with a good book.

Jolly miffed we hadn't booked a longer stay!

"A quiet and comfortable choice close to Akaroa"

Nice spacious lounge. Location was quiet and close to Akaroa for those with a vehicle. Sky TV was good. Parking space was great. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Some areas could have benefitted from extra cleaning, such as filthy windows and spiders. Crockery was a minimum for four so we needed to wash every time we used cups and plates. Second bedroom was small and really more set up for kids. Info on the connection to the track would have been helpful but we discovered this ourselves.

Hidden away and quiet with wonderful bird noises to fall to sleep and awaken too.

Driveway is a bit hairy if a car is coming and one is outgoing… otherwise no issues
