Bus: Take the No.5 bus from Kyoto Station, get off at Nanzen-ji Eikando. Walk for about a minute to reach the property. Train: The property is around a 15-minute walk from Keage Station of the subway Tozai Line. Car: The property is around a 15-minute drive from the Kyoto East Interchange of the Meishin expressway. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. Only 1 parking space is available. Towels or linen changing is not provided during your stay, but these services are available at extra costs. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there is a smoking space at the garden.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Vey nice and clean house, great location! Had everything needed, even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The host even left us snacks, water, food for breakfast. Highly recomended for anyone visiting Kyoto!

"Beautiful traditional home in Kyoto"

What a lovely traditional style house and exceptional host. The house was in great condition and our host Toru made sure we had all essential amenities and also provided us with many snacks and breakfast ingredients. The location is in a peaceful town with some shrines nearby and the city centre just 30 mins away by walk. Would definitely say it is worth the money and provides more amenities than a hotel would. Will definitely stay again when we next visit Kyoto!

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional Japanese house! Very beautiful, had everything we needed, bikes too. Our host Toru met us at the bus station and explained everything, even got some food for us:) Neighborhood is quiet, with interesting places to visit around (Eikando temple, Philosopher’s path etc.)

The housse is beautiful and perfectly equiped. It's clean and comfy, the host is very welcoming and prepared us all necessery for (trop bath to good snacking and even breakfast). I recommand very much !

Toru was an excellent host! He really thinks of everything to make you feel at home. We loved the dinning area and heated floor. Also, very convenient to the bus line and the supermarket.

"wish it could have been longer."

Our host provided us with eggs milk bread croissants snacks coffee and tea much more than expected. The property was very well set up and maintained. Host personally greeted us and answered many questions and gave us good suggestions.
