Comfortable sofas downstairs and a very comfortable bef

A lovely little cottage. Although, very steep stairs to the bedrooms. Very clean and a great kitchen facilities.

I personally would have preferred a washing machine over a dishwasher. Garden needs tidying up to make it more presentable.

Great location for access to the lovely Norfolk coast. Beautiful quirky cottage and really comfortable and a good size back garden to sit in.

It is situated on a busy road and no parking right by it so not the easiest to unload. Parking is directly over the busy road, in small free car park, which isn't the easiest to cross at certain times of the day. As long as you are aware of it works and you get used to it. You don't notice the noise from traffic in the cottage. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a fantastic location. Very clean and all needs catered for. Fantastic communication from the host Helen.

The host was really helpful and left a lovely welcome basket. The cottage was spotless and had everything you need for a great break. A good location to use as a base.

The stairs are very steep and there is a bit of traffic noise.

We had no TV for two of the three nights despite calling the owner Other than that the cottage was good

Nice little oldie worldly cottage in an area we wanted to see .

Only a couple of silly things :-standard lamp had one bulb gone , night light on stairs didn’t work, reading light in front bedroom didn’t work,and for two days no tv (after a power cut in village)
