"Pretty cottage suitable for the more active"

Lovely period property well renovated. Close to local tourist hotspots such as Holt and beaches. Kitchen was well equipped and enclosed garden was nice. Lovely walks in the area.

There isn’t a local shop and pub only opens Wednesday onwards. Overcome by eating out during the day or bringing food back. The road is busy to cross to the car park. Sadly we didn’t sleep much as the bed wasn’t comfy. The doors were a pain to lock.

Super convenient area. Well equipped kitchen. En-suite loo in second bedroom

Bit noisy but earplugs solved that.

The location was lovely, very neat little village, close to the sea. The historical cottage was beautiful and came complete with a quaint garden. The host left us a little welcome basket with treats, and a list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Helen gave us meticulous instructions on how to get to the cottage, where to find the key, parking etc. excellent host.

Nothing really to report other than the road being a little difficult to cross during the daytime, and the fact that there wasn't a washing machine, but both things are nothing major and didn't affect our stay at all.

The busy road is challenging - can take some time to get out onto main road.

We were just a short car trip from everywhere such a grt base

No parking place ,nearest car park is across a busy main Rd off traffic that doesn't ease off till 10 pm tricky getting across rd with ur luggage, ad to make several trips q11q1qqqq

"Lovely cottage"

We spent a lovely week staying at this cottage. Helen the owner kept in contact before and during our stay and the welcome food package was very much appreciated. The house is very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there! Beds extremely comfortable and lovely white bed linen. Would definitely stay again ideally located for exploring Norfolk.

There is no parking at the house but you can pull up in small lane next to the cottage and unload. Plenty of parking in the village carpark so not really a problem
