"Delightful place with all the modern facilities you’ll need."

Location (to to visit area), the property itself was very cosy. Host was always willing to help and we would recommend the lovely corner cottage

Only down side for us was the parking. There was a place to park but with kids in tow we had cross a sometimes really busy road after parking the car.

location was great for seeing family and had everything we needed. enclosed back garden was great for dog too. quaint and cosy.

some may not like parking 100 yards away and crossing a main road but it really wasn’t big of a deal.

"Lovely short break, would love to revisit."

Cottage was very well stocked, with some lovely snacks left for us by the owner. The space was well laid out and the instructions on how to use all the appliances were very clear and helpful. Location was convenient for a number of days out, but we did have to use the car.

The back door was a bit tricky to lock, despite the instructions from the owner. Parking was available, and instructions on how to get to the parking were clear, however the carpark is very small and across a busy road.

"A short stay with family members. Walks in the countryside, at the beach and historical sites."

The house is located in a quiet rural environment but close to the sea and some very charming villages. Also close to historical sites. Restaurants and grocery stores are not too far. We have found pubs and bakery with excellent food in a nearby village.

Not much could have been improved actually given the charm of the house. The heating system I found complicated but the house was never uncomfortable in spite of unusually lousy weather for the season. Not much left to improve.

"Perfect base to explore Norfolk with our dogs"

Small secure rear garden was perfect for our dogs. 2 newly renovated bathrooms.

Stairs are a challenge but this is emphasised in the write up so wasn’t a surprise.

Lovely garden for dog. Supremely clean house. Little touches such as fresh flowers and milk in fridge at arrival with tea bags was really nice.

Quite small main bed for 2 larger adults. Quite steep stairs but not a huge problem.

The cottage is lovely,comfortable and spotlessly clean with lots of quirks but very up to date kitchen and two bathrooms.It keeps very cool even in the hot weather when we stayed.The garden is completely enclosed and shady which made it ideal for our 4 month old puppy to run round…he loved it !!!

It wasn’t a problem for us but the main road is very close and you have to cross to get to your car every time you go out.Also not a problem for us but the stairs are very steep and would be challenging for someone with mobility issues.
