Host & Stay - Cabbell Towers

Excellent location. On site parking

Loud music from adjacent (?) flat.

We loved the layout of the flat. Great location. Comfy beds Linen and towels supplied were nice and clean.

The settee and other chairs are not very comfortable. Very tired looking and most of the seats were old, lumpy or had no filling including dining chairs. Had an issue with residents at flat A regarding mobility scooter! No Cork screw in flat!

The cleanliness of the property was not good at all, Shower head was black and rusty, towels were stained, damp on all walls, shower stall itself covered in brown dirt and rust, lights hanging off the ceiling.

The property was spacious and close to the beach and town

The building/ flat had a major plumbing problem the toilet / waste was backing up into the bath & shower, this was shocking, I think it wasn’t just our and from other flats in the building the smell was awful and clearly this had been a problem before we arrived, we contacted the host on numerous occasions and was told someone would arrive, no one arrived, we left a day early, this was July 26th!! I contacted booking . Com and host and stay as I felt we should of been compensated in some way due to our stay being uncomfortable and cut short and I’m still waiting for a response, this property needs work and should be sorted before renting out.

Space and room was light and airy, location close to the beach

Cups in the cupboard had not been cleaned properly, easily resolved with some washing up

Location excellent. Close to the beach and shops. Parking for one car. Lovely bathroom, bath and a shower.

Broken edge on the mirror in the lounge. Could be dangerous if touched by a child.

Location was best thing everything else poor

Blocked smelly drains Dirty flat Limescale on shower and in kettle Bath leaking so wet bathroom floor Washing up water appears in the bath
