Host & Stay - Cabbell Towers

Spacious excellent location and comfy beds really well equipped.

Was a little dirty in places.

The accommodation is a lovely large single floor apartment and very well equipped. Only five minutes from the centre of Cromer and therefore the sea. It was tastefully decorated with a mixture of period and contemporary fixtures and fittings. Beautifully light and airy. Loved the bay windows. The large kitchen was very well equipped with modern appliances and all working well. Bathroom was also very spacious and well presented.

The biggest problem we had was the WiFi. Although reporting as excellent from our devices it was continually dropping out. I'm sure you can imagine that this can be very frustrating. Particularly as the guest book specifically mentions the lack of TV signal and recommended using streaming services only. I did report this to the agent, so hopefully it will be rectified. There is a slight problem with damp on some of the ceilings, but this didn't really effect our stay. Some of the property was a bit 'tired' looking. Small things like replacing the toilet seats and sanitary bins would help a great deal at very little effort and cost.

Description of property was misleading. Described as 2 bathrooms only 1 and a separate toilet. Also on 2nd floor lots of stairs. Property needed TLC

Communal areas needed to be hoovered.

I was asked to fill out a booking form. This was not sent to me. I had to call the phone number provided to get access instructions

Everything, the open plan kitchen/lounge. It was spacious, light and great location.

The WiFi was non existent except for the master bedroom. TV was ok but without WiFi we could not access I player or Netflix accounts as suggested in the owners welcome manual.
