The setup was indeed beautiful elegant

The smell of the microwave was awful it was like some was painting inside it.The fact that we mustn’t make the slightest noise thats a holiday home not a discipline camp atleast give us a curfew and neighbours will have to understand that the minimal noise will be until a certain time

Location, accommodation, weather, kitchen facilities,

only one shower for 4 adults. parking - had to arrange with other guest to get in and out, water pressure low

Privacy And location

Just the shower had standing water..

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

Although there are 2 bathrooms, the only shower is in the ensuite which does not have a door separating it from the bedroom. Our 2 adult sons were not comfortable using the shower unless we were not in the room. This restricted us and did not provide much flexibility while on holiday. Reversing out of the driveway is a little unsettling as the driver does not have proper visibility of incoming traffic. Suggest that the owner installs a mirror for safety purposes. Also recommend that an Aircon be installed in the lounge/ dining area.

This unit has not been maintained at all. The cooking utensils are terrible. The dishwasher is in a terrible state, has mold. The shower is full of mold and would need a expert to clean it up and sort out why there is mold. The window handles are rusted. The fans are rusted. This unit should not be considered dog friendly as it has no grass for the dog to pee or poop.. I left the unit after one night, I explained the situation to the managing agent and was politely told there was no refund policy. I never asked for my money back...that was not the issue...but because of their bad attitude, I will report that this unit be inspected by a health inspector and I am sure this will escalate to having all the units managed by this agent be inspected. If I were the owner and my unit was not being maintained in the manner it should be in order to charge a fee to stay there then I would fire the managing agent immediately. And if the owner does not care, then they should be struck of any list of being a host at all. The photos supplied were not a true reflection of the unit so therefore it is miss advertising, if i had the choice to inspect the unit first, of which you are not given the choice, I certainly would not have stayed there. We are made uncomfortable by the neighbours and the minute they saw us outside we had to finish what we were doing and go back inside

The lady by the name of Cleopatra was extremely rude and could not assist with anything. I called her numerous times for assistance but she was extremely rude every time I called. She gave us wrong information and she sounded very annoyed with us. I eventually got assistance from another lady who assisted us properly.
