Beds could have been a little more comfortable and would have been great to have tea/coffee

It was a good location, about 700m from Ecoland. Great that the bus to Hakuba 47 and Escal Plaza came every hour out the front and also two buses to Happo. The beds were super comfortable and the living room had chrome cast.

It was small and definitely not enough room or privacy for more than 2 adults. The taxi service in Hakuba is non existent so expect a hike. The communication is low and tricky to get to the back chalets if no car. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Great location, good value, self contained

The property is a duplex with a common wall, you can hear everything the neighbours are doing, it’s just the luck of the draw with who you get, we had four young people that rolled home and made a racket between 1.00 and 3.00 in the morning, I had to get out of bed and knock loudly on their door and ask the to keep the noise down, so if you are there just to sleep and eat to get ready to ski the next day you could find your stay a nightmare, I do understand this is out of the control of management, but it still made our stay unpleasant.

Comfy. Feels like home after a long day. Quite surrounding.

Near the convenience store but the nearest is Lawson about 30min to and fro walking
