Isaac's Cottage

Well equipped, clean, comfortable cottage.

Back garden is not very private although unfortunately the weather was not good enough to sit outside.

The property is well appointed. There is everything you need to be able to Enjoy your stay. Very clean. It is a very nice village and was just perfectly located for the things we wanted to do.

The only criticism is the beds. They looked inviting but both my sister and I both had terrible nights sleep. Her bed in the main bedroom has a big dip in the middle of the bed. I was in the other room. It felt like you were rolling out was okay in the middle but then if you turned onto your side you rolled. The pillows on both beds looked plumed and supportive. But when you put your head on them they went flat. I have a terrible stiff neck. My sister bad back and hips. I think I might have mentioned the beds a few years back when I stayed before. That was the only fault about whole of the property.

A beautifully clean, well equipped property that suited our family perfectly. The location was perfect with the pub and shop very nearby.

We struggled to sort the shower temperature but got there with a fair bit of fiddling!

Perfect location for exploring nearby places of interest. The village has a great butchers, co-op store, 2 pubs, coffee shop and more. This is my second visit this year and I love it. The cottage has everything you need, is warm and comfortable. The water pressure for having a shower is fantastic and the central heating is easy to adjust the temperature of.

The cooking pans are not the best quality, but adequate. The TV is really quite small, which didn't bother me so much as I don't really bother with TV, but it may bother some people. There is a large planter on the front, making it difficult to park if next door is also parked on their front. These are only minor issues and would not put me off staying again.
