the property is good value for money, considering the surrounding properties. it is in a good area and has good necessities (fridge, microwave, kettle, oven).

The property is not fit for purpose. it is unsafe and needs a lot of work in order to get to the minimum standard i would expect. The main problems were: •there was smashed glass in the garden (which one of us cut our foot on) • the brick wall is falling down in the garden, which i do not think is safe, especially if you are bringing dogs. • the shower is not working • it is not cleaned adequately • the facilities in the house desperately need replacing (dirty stained pillows, stained mattresses, broken fans ect) • garden is covered in litter • wet plaster without any sign (went on our belongings) • mattress springs are broken • dirty marks all over the walls • 3/4 tvs do not work • it is directly behind a school, so very noisy in the morning ( i understand this cannot be helped, but definitely effects the quality of the stay and is something to consider). • garden is overgrown with weeds and mess.

So someone replaced the fridge in the kitchen while we were out without any notice or message and the old fridge was kept out with our food still inside and was all spoilt by the time we were back.. Also there was just one toilet paper for 7 of us for 2N/3D

Nothing

Absolutely everything. animal droppings in the kitchen, the place was generally dirty, over powering air freshener in the bedrooms, 2 small fans provided one of which was missing the front case so couldn’t be used, no pans for the oven which was dirty. Suspicious stains on the bedding to name a few. Pictures attached. Not worth what was paid and will never stay here again.
