Smart Apartment Mercanzia - TWA

Great location

We had a very difficult check-in experience. After sending my details as requested, the host asked for photos of our passports, selfies of us holding our passports, and even selfies of our children (3 and 4 years old) holding their passports and looking at the camera. We were told we could not access the apartment unless we sent all these photos. For obvious reasons, I did not send photos of my children. The host did not speak English and did not respond to my emails asking for clear instructions on how to enter the apartment (floor, keys, access code, etc.). When I called, he would hang up. I had to send messages in Italian through the app using a translator. He only sent a very low-quality video that did not provide any useful instructions. Eventually, we had to contact Booking.com for help in order to access the apartment. Luckily, we found a person who spoke Italian and called the host for us, and only then were we given the access code. Ironically, the host sent the full entry instructions one day before we left. Without help, we would never have managed to enter the apartment. Additionally, the apartment was not clean. Our socks became black from the dirty floor. If basic cleanliness is missing, what else can you expect?

Very nice apartment, clean, warm and with everything you need. I liked it and I highly recommend it

Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i comfort, pulito. Lo staff preciso e disponibile, anche per risolvere problemi dell'ultimo minuto......accontentati e viziati! Grazie mille di tutto!

Appartamento grande, pulito e ben attrezzato. Bagno grande e ancora più grande la doccia! Posizione ‘più al centro non si può’. Ci hanno consentito anche un check in anticipato e un check out comodo. Host molto molto gentile e disponibile.

spazi, modernità, pulizia, posizione: sei a 2 passi dalla piazza maggiore. La finestra del living affaccia sul lato della chiesa.

parcheggi. essendo così in centro si è nella zona ZTL dove si può accedere con la macchina pagando 15 euro l'ingresso per 4 giorni ma poi è impossibile trovare da parcheggiare e i costi del parcheggio in un garage sono improponibili (mi è stato chiesto 200 euro per 2 giorni!). Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato parcheggio libero a 1 Km dal centro e abbiamo lasciato lì la macchina andando ogni giorno a controllare. nulla non ci è piaciuto della casa che è stata veramente top per posizione, pulizia, comodità,....
