The apartmant literally opens to Piazza Maggiore, the beautiful city centre of Bologna. There are really cool places nearby: caffés, points of interest, restaurants, museums and shops. The building itself is cool as well with its beautiful marble floors and funky wooden doors. The apartment is well-equiped: AC, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee-maker. You can use the shutter to make total blackness in the room, also did not notice any noise during our stay (despite Piazza Maggiore hosted movie nights all 4 nights). It is a really good choice if you want to discover the city on foot and be comfortable on the same time. Definitely will get back to Bologna and will try to rebook.

Apartment and location were very good

Initial access to apartment was extremely difficult because of lack of communication from host. When we arrived another couple had been trying to gain access for some time. After mulitple unanswered calls eventually got through but even then it was difficult. Eventually door was unlocked and after that we were sent a video on how to get in! Get younact together host - you have a good property but some customer care would make it fantastic. As it is I would not recommend the property.
