Smart Apartment Mercanzia - TWA

La posizione e la struttura l' abbiamo trovato abbastanza pulita.

Siamo tornati in questa struttura dopo l’ottima esperienza dell’anno scorso, ma purtroppo questa volta siamo rimasti un po’ delusi. Abbiamo riscontrato diversi disservizi: il cestino conteneva ancora spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti, il bidet era intasato, i cuscini erano senza federe e il divano letto privo di lenzuola (il personale è intervenuto solo dopo diverse ore, scusandosi per l’inconveniente). Inoltre, non erano stati forniti bagno schiuma e shampoo. Anche la comunicazione con la struttura è risultata più lenta rispetto al passato: le risposte arrivavano dopo molte ore e, al momento del check-out, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro al messaggio inviato per segnalare la partenza. Considerando che il prezzo non è affatto economico, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e un livello di servizio in linea con quello dell’anno precedente. Peccato, perché l’anno scorso il soggiorno era stato impeccabile.

WOW! what a gem, on the side of the church in a quiet street. Very big apartment, with every thing one may need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwater, cookstove, large fridge. Next to it small room with washing machine, drying cloth rack, vacuum cleaner if needed. Large bedroom with comfortable beds, pillows a big hard for my taste but thats just me, cloth rack with enough hangers. Large bathroom with large shower. 2 TVs, one in the living/kitchen, one in the bedroom, couldn't be better. You have every thing you need for a short stay, home away from home.

Great location in the city center. Comfy bed and a kitchen equipped for preparing simple meals.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. As there were plenty of dishwasher taps it was not a big deal.

The location of the apartment is excellent, in a beautiful building right in the center.

Unfortunately, in early October it was quite cold, and the floor was freezing. Anyone visiting outside the summer season should keep this in mind, as it affected our comfort a lot. The towel dryer didn’t work either.

Wow, wat een toplocatie! En wat een prachtige entree! Een heerlijk ruim appartement met alle comfort.

Het vinden van de juiste locatie is de eerste keer even lastig, maar de host is bereikbaar voor contact en helpt je door het hele proces heen.

Localização perfeita! Por mais que seja muito central, não quer dizer que o local era barulhento. Local muito sossegado! Anfitrião simpático! Dias mais perto da estadia, o anfitrião contacta-nos através do Whatsapp para fazer check-in e pagar a taxa de turismo!!

Chão um pouco sujo de pó. Sofá-cama desconfortável!
