This apartment is a perfect location in the beautiful town of Matera. Spacious, clean, comfortable, with excellent views!

Loved our stay in Matera. Michele, the owner was super helpful. Met us at our parking and walked us to the apartment. Beautifully renovated, very clean and well equipped. Very spacious. Amazing views of the Sassi and Rock church. Apartment was in a great location easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes etc.

We loved the location, close to everything and great view of Sassy from courtyard. It was nice and shady to relax there in the afternoon after a hot day of walking around. Michele was very nice meeting us at parking lot and taking us to Apartment and helping with luggage :)

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the heart of the Sassi with tons of character. It's really well curated and the terrace is lovely. The lovely Michele meets you at the parking lot, which is 5 minutes away, to give you the keys and escort you to the property, so it's an easy check-in process. The location is just spot on, right next to the main streets but a bit much more quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved the spaciousness of the house, its location and easy access to a carpark, the decor which was stylish, great bathroom and wonderful shower. Great little coffee machine with really good coffee although a few more coffee pods would have been great. Also an iron would be a help. It was also nice to be met by your representative at the carpark who guided us to the house. Thank you!

Really the only thing we did not like was the constant dog barking from the house in front of our terrace and from there a strong smell of cacca di cane from the same house which made sitting out on the terrace unpleasant.
