"Has good potential."

Very spacious. Convenient location on bus route. Good communication and issues were dealt with promptly.

Cleanliness. Basics were fine i.e bathrooms and bedding however, the cleaning staff do not appear to do further than that e.g debris under beds, sofa, microwave. Cans and cigarette butts outside back door.

Location was fabulous. Lots of space The sitting room & kitchen facilities were great. Might have been nice to have a dishwasher but not desperate.

Washing machine was dirty, rubber seal was black & sliimy. Mattress in en suite room on first flooor was old, saggy & not comfortable

Could have had Prosecco glasses ( but that’s only cos we love Prosecco!)
