A little out of the way but fantastic facility with amazing views and wildlife. Super clean and well appointed. Quiet! Appreciate the separate clothes dryer that actually worked.

The lodge was fantastic, excellent setting and super clean. Loved all the little details making it very welcoming and homely. Location was ideal for a quiet escape with great views. Easy to get to historical sites close by. It was perfect for our first visit to Orkney, highly recommend. We would definitely come back for another stay - thank you!

There was nothing that we didn’t like - happy with everything about the lodge!

Perfect location, ‘Retreat’ is the right name for it. Tranquil with lovely views, out of the way but on a small island still easy to get anywhere.
