"Disappointing stay."

The facilities, laundry and full kitchen. A pleasant outlook around garden. Quiet area.

The stairs were a bit much for 4 over 70’s. It was not a central location in Dunedin, and even getting to a supermarket was a bit of a hike. Up a steep hill and around narrow streets. Terrible pillows too.

"Pleasant home for Dunedin stay"

There was a small enclosed patio/garden at the back with table and chairs, which was nice for sitting out. Clean and well equipped. There was a spa bath in the main bathroom although we didn't use it. Also a small shower room with a good shower off the utility area.

Gate and driveway were quite narrow for driving in,

"Modern, spacious property in a great location. 10/10."

The property was perfect for us. It was in a great location easy to get to and within a short distance to everywhere we needed to go. Very little to no traffic noise and great view from upstairs. Very warm, clean and comfortable home with everything we needed and more. Plenty of space to relax. I will 100% stay here again.

"Fun, funky and fantastic"

The 'çhicness' of the house - it was very tastefully done. The home was cosy and warm, and very peaceful thanks to the location, and close to town and amenities.

No heaters in the bathrooms made for a chilly morning shower.
