The house is very clean, and cozy - perfect for a larger family. Our stay was only a short overnight trip but we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. It’s great having good-sized rooms, the two bathrooms, and providing breakfast was really handy too. Thanks!

"thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the second bathroom came in handy after being out for the day and no waiting for toilet."

cupboards were well equipped. full breakfast provided, good off street parking and limited noise at night. host was lovely with good communication.

the beds were a bit hard for our liking but we were warm with extra blankets and heat pump

"Convenient location for what we required"

Bathrooms were nice, good showers, water pressure. Kitchen and pantry was well appointed. Good instructions

Parking was a little tricky when there is another car there.

Quiet spot, good parking, electric blankets, two bathrooms, good heating, coffee machine

Spider webs on widows, oven needed cleaned, kitchen floor was sticky.

The place was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need is there! It’s warm and the beds are very comfortable. Communication was precise and clear. Andrea and Charlie are amazing. They are very accommodating, friendly and respond reasonably quickly! Minus points for the flies but flies aside, the rest of the place was clean and tidy! Family friendly. Perfect for young children too! Would book again if ever needing a place to stay in Dunedin.

Flies. Everywhere!
