We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable , clean and well provisioned eg kitchen , bathroom supplies. The continental breakfast provided was appreciated, both in quantity and variety. Communication with our host was easy.

There could be more information ( writing and pictures) of the garden steps or ramp needed to be negotiated to get to the house. This is important for any one who is not fully able . Better clarity that the laundry is shared. As well, with only one functioning machine, it makes it difficult to put a wash on and head out for the day. Not a game changer but inconvenient, especially when travelling light. We had a large SUV which just fitted into the driveway due to the parking position of the small car from other “unit”. 2 moderate to large cars would have trouble parking . Just something to be aware of.

Travelled to Dunedin for a family event. This accomodation was great - enough space for us all to have our own bedroom and with two bathrooms and a spacious living room, we were all comfortable and relaxed. Warm and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to a relative's house. Lovely view down the valley on the days that weren't foggy.

The first night was quite warm and with the house well insulated we were hot with feather duvets (who knew we would be hot in Dunedin at this time of year), bed was firm.
