5 Union Road

Location was amazing! The cottage was very well equipped and with private parking.

Everything we needed was provided for a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us, short walk to everywhere. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable in the cottage Price was excellent

We missed a tv in the bedroom, our preference only.

Great location, cute and cosy cottage

Great location for the cathedral and castle. The Indian restaurant on the corner is excellent. Although next to the pub there was no noise at all from them, even though they had music on (could just hear it when standing in the archway between the house and pub and it was the sort of music that would've been loud inside the pub). Welcome pack wasn't extensive but did include fresh coffee and the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Will equipped kitchen.

Not much. There's no covering on the stairs but I would think this is on the list already for the owners given the rest of the house. A casserole dish would've been helpful. Stairs are very steep which might be an issue for others.

Wonderful and comfortable little house within a few seconds of all of Lincoln's most beautiful landmarks.

Nothing really. The pub next door was a little rowdy at times, but we loved it.

location excellent for our needs ideal for short stay.

Kept relatively cool due to it being an old building. Within walking distance of a lot of cool places. Beds were comfortable

Stairs abit narrow but i am a big guy so thats partly my fault.
