Location and lots of plants. The owner was welcoming and helpful and generous.

Breakfast could be more interesting but it was still good.

Sehr netter Anbieter mit dem Namen Ruwan. Organisiert Ausflüge, kocht und fährt auch TukTuk. Bemüht sich immer den Gästen die Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der bei allem behilflich ist und auch Empfehlungen gibt. Ruwan organisiert auch Touren. Das Frühstück war auch toll.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Mirissa. The host is a truly lovely person who goes above and beyond to help with organizing activities and recommending things to do in the area. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet conveniently located only about 400 meters from the main street. It’s the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig gelegen, weg von der lärmigen Hauptstrasse von Mirissa. Der Weg zu Fuss ins Zentrum is ein hübscher Spaziergang. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr geräumig. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Ruwan ist ein wahnsinnig toller Gastgeber. Er organisierte für uns mehrere Ausflüge, bei welchen er uns persönlich begleitete. Er ist ein sehr herzlicher und korrekter Mensch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm übernachten.

Дом расположен среди джунглей 🌿 — вокруг зелень, тишина и ощущение полного уединения с природой. Очень красиво, чисто и по-настоящему атмосферно. Номер уютный, комфортный, со всем необходимым для приятного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина — невероятно гостеприимного и внимательного человека. Он приготовил для нас настоящий домашний ужин: съездил на рынок, выбрал свежайшую рыбу и креветки и приготовил великолепные блюда. Всё было вкусно, по-домашнему и с душой. Он всегда был на связи, помогал по любым вопросам и искренне заботился о нашем комфорте. Завтраки по утрам под пение птиц — это особенное удовольствие. Атмосфера спокойствия и уюта делает это место по-настоящему уникальным. Искренне рекомендую всем, кто планирует отдых в Мериссе, останавливаться в Ruwan Jungle Homestay. Это место, куда хочется вернуться. We stayed in Mirissa for 5 nights and chose Ruwan Jungle Homestay for our accommodation — and it was absolutely the right choice. The house is surrounded by lush jungle, creating a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The host is an exceptionally warm and welcoming person. He prepared a wonderful homemade dinner for us: he personally went to the market, bought the freshest fish and prawns, and cooked an amazing meal. It was delicious, authentic, and made with great care. He was always available, ready to help with anything we needed, and truly cared about our comfort. Breakfasts in the morning, accompanied by birds singing, were a special highlight of our stay. I highly recommend Ruwan Jungle Homestay to anyone planning to stay in Mirissa. It’s a place that makes your trip truly memorable.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Ruwan et sa famille, comme de véritables membres de la famille. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Ruwan a été adorable avec nous, toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes et très réactif dans ses réponses. Il nous a beaucoup aidés durant notre séjour : il nous a emmenés en tuk-tuk voir les tortues, nous a recommandé d’excellentes adresses pour manger avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, et a même réservé pour nous une sortie en mer au cours de laquelle nous avons eu la chance d’observer des dauphins. Un vrai plus ! Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité des magnifiques plages de Coconut Beach et Carrots Beach, sur une côte absolument splendide. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec climatisation, réfrigérateur, eau à disposition et moustiquaires sur les lits. Le logement est fonctionnel et agréable, parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour la qualité de l’accueil et l’emplacement idéal.

Для уединенного отдыха спокойно. Понравились обезьяны и бурундуки. С ними была своеобразная атмосфера. Все было как заявлено в рекламе. Спасибо радушным хозяевам
