Very helpful and responsive host - we dropped bags off early to do a local walk; A lovely old property tastefully renovated. Comfotable stay in a cosy property.

I think that the description is a little misleading, we expected a larger terrace for sitting out on, and in fact it is a small balcony off one of the bedrooms; I am also not sure where there is a tennis court or barbecue facilities. I would also add that although this property is shown on booking.com as 0.8 miles from Pinhao it is not a walkable distance, as it is high in the mountains. It really is a taxi ride from Pinhao, certainly with luggage.

Gorgeous views from there, as it's at the top of a hill. Has free parking. Staff is nice. Cozy bedroom and balcony, and the bathroom had everything we needed.

It's more remote than it looks, quite a bit of a walk until the river. Long walk or need taxi if you want to go on a proper wine tasting. Staff is really nice but a bit of a language barrier. No information on WiFi.

Spectacular location, in an idyllic setting, with the most wonderful views of the valley! And such a comfortable house - I wish it had been a longer stay! A real find.

If you want to enjoy the charm of the Douro valley, and it's old, stone buildings, that's the place to go! Sipping the local wine on the tiny balcony while the sun goes down, is a real treat.

Lovely house with all the amenities needed. Very quiet area with amazing views nearby. Selma was really understanding of our needs and made our short stay a pleasure.
