The hosts were super professional and kind. They helped with any request we had. The apartment is an absolute treasure – lots of space and very bright. The location is perfect and we will definitely miss our morning coffee on the terrace with that one of a kind view.

sehr grosszügige und helle wohnung mit grosser terrasse. gut ausgestattete küche. toller ausblick aufs meer. abgschlossene gartenanlage mit privatem parkplatz direkt vor dem haus. zentrum zu fuss erreichbar.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. At the agreed time, the owner himself welcomed us warmly in front of the property. He showed us through the garden, which is used to access the house. The house is historic, but the apartment itself is modernly renovated - the photos and description are completely accurate. The apartment is in the attic, with an epic terrace around the entire apartment with a view of the sea and the city. We stayed in November, at that time we could turn on the heating as we wished. It was completely quiet. At the same time, it was within walking distance of 20m to the center, every morning I ran for fresh croissants and enjoyed the path along the sea. The apartment exudes an atmosphere that cannot be described in words, you have to try it. There is no negative.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. We chose Rapallo as a good base for visiting nearby areas such as Cinque Terre and Portofino. Boats, ferries and trains are easy to access from Rapallo. We searched primarily for an apartment with free on-site parking and a washing machine for laundry. This place fit our needs. With a 9+ rating on Booking.com we were happy to make the reservation. The apartment is about 1 mile from the lovely seafront promenade of Rapallo... with lots of restaurants and shops. Upon arriving to meet the landlord, we drove through a secure gate to the private parking lot. The 4 story building was completely encased by scaffolding. The immediate area was covered with construction tools and equipment. As it turns out, the entire large building is slowly under renovation, with the exception of our attic-level apartment. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The furnishings were rather dated and the entire place could use fresh paint... but everything is functional. There is a large outdoor patio with BEAUTIFUL sea and city views.... really, really nice. The views from almost every window are nice too. There is some decent outdoor furniture. It's a nice private space both day and night. Being on the top floor, the small elevator is very handy to have. The clothes washer is newer and works very well. There is a full kitchen, seemingly well stocked, though we did not use it. There are two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub, which we did not use. There are two bedrooms, we used only the larger one.

*The AC unit in the bedroom works, but it's very noisy. *The shower is tiny, with a drain that runs very slowly. *We stayed 5 nights... we could have used more soap and towels for washing and bathing. *The ceilings in most rooms are angled at certain places. If you are over 5 and a half feet tall, you WILL bump your head a few times.

Une vue incroyable!!! très proche de la gare de rapallo en scooter (ou 20 min à pied) qui permet de desservir tous les environs (5 terres etc). Endroit parfait pour visiter portofino, camagli etc (20-30 min de scooter). Un accueil très chaleureux avec une hôte à l’écoute et très gentille

Sehr gute Lage wenige Schritte von einem kleinen freien Strand entfernt und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Lungomare. Viel Platz zzgl. riesiger umlaufender Terrasse. Herrlicher Blick auf Rapallo und Portofino. Abgeschlossenes Gelände mit privatem Parkplatz. Schönes Sonnensegel + Hollywoodschaukel. Gut ausreichendes Geschirr und Besteck für vier Personen. Nette und bemühte Betreuung. Gute und bequeme Betten. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Teilweise verzogene Holztüren und Terrassentüren etwas hakelig.
