Lack of wardrobe hanging space in bedroom. Lack of signage on the cottage which made it hard to find

Place needs a good deep clean… This really lets it down cob webs and dust. It’s obvious the cleaners are merely going in changing bedding and very little else is being done. The place is lovely just needs to be cleaner

Location was quiet and relaxed with good walks and lovely countryside. The grounds of the estate are safe and tidy.

The cottage lacked a deep clean, cobwebs everywhere and the patio doors were hard to open and at the bottom the dirt had not been cleaned out for a long time. The bed we found to be very firm.

Instructions to find it poor sign posting needs addressing. Would be useful to have either a gate or wooden panel to secure the terrace to make it more suitable for a dog

Unloading/ loading and parking rules required to be remote from the property - difficult as I'm a wheelchair user. Neighbours not complying with the rules and parking in front of our lounge window Unable to get my wheelchair into the house as the door would not open fully Double doors and framed to patio needed to be cleaned UGH Patio overlooks a row of bins

It was new, clean and in good working order. It overlooked beautiful woods on the estate and the lake and garden were stunning. The location was very convenient to access neighboring towns

Was looking forward to drinking morning coffee on the terrace but it overlooked the bins so was unsightly and had to watch the parade of other guests putting out the rubbish and recycling most mornings

Beautiful property in a peaceful setting close to lots of areas of interest.

It felt like the property needed a good clean, cobwebs and hair still in bath/bathroom from previous users

Breakfast not supplied. We self catered. Bathroom door of cottage is falling off its hinges. Directions to cottage need reviewing. Driving through car park is incorrect. Should stay on road to hotel. Then turn right at hotel to Jasmine Cottage. I initially drove through car park and got a puncture resulting in needing a new tyre. Cost £175.00. Statement says hotel being refurbished and work will be completed by September 2024 (9 months ago.). No signage from main road to hotel and/or cottage. Satnav info requires turning left at road before the road you should turn left. Again no signage at entrance to correct road.
