"Fabulous location, beautiful views, lovely cosy cottage."

Everything thought of, clean and homely

Plug in bathroom needs fixing and no lock in toilet door but as we are family didn’t matter.

Lots of helpful things in house for us to use - cling film, dog crate etc Although we went in may 1 day was bitterly cold - log burner soon warmed us up

"Great family holiday for a much needed recharge"

The cottage was ideally located for quiet strolls on the beach, feeling a million miles away from hustle and bustle, but also just a short journey to nearby towns for all amenities you could need. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Vera and her family were also very welcoming and lovely to speak with. They even let the boys feed a little lamb. Vera also gave us some great recommendations for food, and we would highly recommend the Lowther Arms.

"Was really excited for this trip but was left disappointed by the cottage"

Not far from the beach . The wood burner was good and kept the property warm as no central heating, only electrical . The owner’s son was very polite

The property needs a really good deep clean especially the carpets in the living room…Please note this is a farm cottage and it doesn’t have sea views, you can see the beach if outside the property. There is a new cottage being built next to it which means the view from the one bedroom window is a building site and from the other bedroom window is the farm field…I wish the description was more accurate before booking this place.
