Great location and amenities. Very clean and lovely hosts who went out of their way and provided some treats. Beautiful property 10/10 stay! Definitely would return if ever back in the area. Thank you for an amazing stay :)

A surprise food hamper was left for us on arrival which was well stocked with everything you could want.

The weather was unkind to us but even that did not spoil our stay.

"quirky ."

it was a quirky and interessting ground floor flat near toBrixham town.Easy free bus into town from outside door (almost ) plenty of parking at the rear next to own private little garden ,willbe perfect in the sunshine . Ahuge amount of food was provided cerials bread butter/ spread jam !tea coffee and milk.Plus extra food stuff.Excelent ! Huge walk in shower with good quality conditioner shampoo and shower gel provded . Fluffy towels Bed was comfortable with very clean sheets .

The kitchen dining room area is small with. one arm chair and the other arm chair in bedroom ,so the only way we could comfortably sit together was on the bed ( to watch i pad ( no tv )) It was cold and to have heating put on you have to ask .Would have been better to have a timer .There is a little electric heater but this doesnt heat the bathroom . Its a bit noisy right next to the road . I personally found some of the paintings disturbing but that personal choice .

"Beautiful home and brilliant hosts"

We absolutely loved our stay in Brixham. The hosts were exceptional and gave us some great ideas for beautiful walks. The property was perfect for what we needed. We were able to cook there for one evening and the rest we went out into town. It’s a perfect spot for doing some of the south west coastal path and Brixham is a beautiful place to stay. The bed was super comfy and relaxing. The hosts really did make our stay so special - so thank you !

"Definitely be going again"

The hosts Bethany and Christopher are exceptional, I've never come across hosts as good as these before, very attentive and welcoming. The welcome Bix they leave for you is above and beyond. They really do go the extra mile, to make your stay fantastic
