En entrant on constate que le ménage n'avait pas était été fait, poubelle débordant, lit défait et sale, serviettes de bain jonchant le sol des salles de bains, a chaque fois j'essayais d'avoir un interlocuteur de location 4 fois, on ma raccrochais au nez, en changeant de portable nous avons réussi a avoir une personne et nous a donné une autre maison .

Well located and very comfortable

Location brilliant, although only one car park space so if you have more than one car you need to pay high prices and limited times off street parking, or go and park in the shopping centre for the duration and walk back.

Dirty mugs, only one wine glass, drawers, crockery, cutlery not fully clean. Dining chairs stained and dirty. The electric hob did not get a pan of water to boil even after it being on there for 30 minutes! Beds are like small double beds. Towels barely covered your body. Took an hour and a half trying to open the front door. The lock clearly needs to be looked at by a locksmith as it jams. The Hopewell letting agent were extremely rude and did not support the situation at all. We ended up having an unlocked door as once we got inside we couldn’t then lock it from inside.

It was convenient to shops etc

The instruction to find the house were not explained fully the house number was not provided we took ages to find the location of the house we eventually had to telephone the host. It was a good job the weather was fine otherwise we would have got absolutely soaked.

Location and house was good.

Facilities weren't great. There was just house, facility-wise very minimum. For example no milk to make tea or sugar. Just disappointed for the price paid this are base necessities you would expect. The communication from the company was too much. Needed to submit another form for the deposit and codes weren't in a single email which meant keep flicking between email to look for parking and house codes.

Very poor equipment considering it was for a party of six.
