Zero customer service, other than automated messages there was nobody to help with a significant fault with the property which really affected the quality of our stay. We arrived on Sunday eve to find that there was a fault with the handle in the main bathroom. On closing the door, it was impossible to open again from the inside and the only way out was for someone to open the door from the outside. This was discovered when the young child in our party got closed in, which caused him some distress. I messaged the property that evening with a polite request that this be looked into but received no response. I messaged again two days later and again my message was completely ignored. This meant that throughout the stay 4 people sharing a bathroom were unable to close the door which really did impact the comfort and quality of our stay. Ironically I did receive an automated message the next morning reminding us of the check out requirements. The message asked that guests do not leave negative reviews but instead contact the property directly with any feedback so they can resolve it. Quite ironic, given that I had attempted to contact them regarding a serious health and safety issue - and been ignored. I did however attempt to contact the property owners again after finding their email address on their website but the email bounced back. So sadly it seems the owners are either unreachable or simply do not reply to messages. This is appalling customer service and unfortunately my only recourse is this negative review which I wanted to avoid. Had this been a hotel it would have been put right immediately. It is shocking that owners of self catering accommodation can simply ignore requests for the fundamentals of a holiday stay to be put in place - e.g a bathroom door that closes.

Stairs were not for the elderly or infirm. Photos show breakfast provided which it definitely is not . Only two cereals a few biscuits milk and orange juice

Amazing location, a short walk to the centre, beautiful city. The house was exactly as shown, plenty of room, clean and comfortable, nice sunny. courtyard with furniture. Nice size bedroom, we had the one at the top of the house with a nice ensuite. Another bathroom serves the other 2 good-sized bedrooms. Good facilities and a nice coffee machine with plenty of pods! Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

It was a reasonably good & clean setup . On street parking was available. Good decor

The room in the loft was squeezed in . The stairs were quite narrow, and you were hitting the head to the roof slope. The loft room didn't have door so no privacy. The loft bathroom was throwing a bad smell in the entire loft. The ad confirms the breakfast included, which was some cereal bars and milk. The mattresses were not comfy

The rooms were big and beds comfortable

It was dirty, damp and smelt of mould . Parking was terrible Breakfast was a joke.. What was advertised and what there actually was actually there
