Best Room To Visit NYC-Subway Access

I liked that the beds were comfortable, we had space in a refrigerator to use. The location was close to Newark station so getting around the area was very easy. There are two supermarkets walking distance away!

The TV cannot be played without Bluetooth headphones so make sure to bring a pair that could connect, even then, I had a relatively new pair of JBL headphones and they turned out to be incompatible but for the purposes of keeping volume down between the rooms, it’s not a bad idea.

The address published did not exist, they will only provide the right one after a Zelle deposit was sent before 11 pm. So if you have not access to that you will loose your booking and money make sure you have it or someone that can help you. We booked a double bed as stated in the description, but they give us instead a twin bed and stated that it was exactly what they offer in the picture (from the one you couldn’t tell the size) TV muted as a default and they say you could try to use it with Bluetooth headphones that we didn’t have Bugs in the shower Noisy room Guests locked out of the room when going to the shared bathroom and no staff in the facility to help them

Worst experience ever. The room was Infected by mouse. Litteraly came in the bed during the night. Up at 2 am by the mouse. We called the customer service and they couldn’t reach to the property management so we have no choice to stay in the room for the rest of the night. We’re supposed to stay 2 nights they only refund us the second night and we had to find a place by ourself for the second night. They didn’t wanted to refund the first night even if we couldn’t sleep and the mouse’ve eat the protein bar inside of my Prada bag. That was an horrible experience. Been using booking for years and never left any bad comments as a genius member number 3 but this place please escape before to late

The check-in process was not clear and there was no prior communication on security deposit. Was made to transfer amount as security deposit during my check-in which was refunded. I feel the process could have been more transparent with proper communication. Area is sketchy, and it is difficult to find the property and there is no direct way to connect to the manager of the property.

I liked that it was very close to NYC and it was in better neighborhood then any other places.

What I didn’t like that they don’t use an actual phone to contact and just use the app which more horrible because it doesn’t work. So I have reply it on my email. For staying 5 days i just got 2 towels which they said can’t be given new. And I had no place to dry them either.

I had a great stay in this room in New York! The location is amazing — just a short walk to a subway station that takes you directly to Penn Station, Times Square, and other major spots in about 25 minutes. You just need to make sure to agree on the payment method beforehand, especially if you’re a foreign guest, as some options might not work. The room is small, but it’s perfect for a solo traveler. Keep in mind that there’s not much privacy because you can hear things inside the apartment — so it might not be ideal for multiple people, but for one person, it’s totally fine. One last thing: the place is easy to find once the host sends you the instructions. Without them, it’s a bit tricky, so be sure to wait for the full info before heading over. Overall, it’s a great value for a solo stay in NYC!

Good location. Just a short walk from Newark Penn station. Comfortable bed, wifi, everything we needed for a layover night.

Not easy to find, we got the instructions after we had wifi. In the basement, very small, old, basic room for the price.
