Beautiful property, spacious, clean, modern, with such a lovely homely feel.

What an amazing space! Can't really fault it. We were a party of 7 staying for Christmas 🎄 The living space was fab, comfy and like a home from home. Huge table for all of us for Christmas meals. The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms, 2x en suite, were lovely with one of thr comfiest mattresses I've ever slept on and one of the best showers I've used in a rental properly. It is distance from Hexham but there is a local co-op in Bellingham, 5/10 minutes drive away. The house is on a road and adjourned to another property but you don't hear the road much and cannot hear next door at all. Other than a few more dishwasher tablets, and no glass recycling, no real complaints. Thank you Andrew and family for use of your house and excellent communication!

A few more dishwasher tablets as with 7 of us we were using and washing dishes constantly!

The property was perfect for a little break, the kitchen was pristine and very big, the lounge downstairs is massive and has everything you need including a few games. As for upstairs all the rooms are lovely and very big.

Clean, well equipped warm. Good communication.

Great facilities, and the house is very comfortable.

You do need a car, as the location is a little distance from any other facilities.
