Beautiful House Located Near Kielder Reservoir

Loads of room for two families. 2 en-suite bathrooms on the double rooms and a full bathroom as well. All Tvs are smart. Great place to stay with a larger group. Loved it!

Spacious. Well equipped. Comfortable. Clean. Ideal

We couldn't use the freezer as it was frozen solid. Probably someone hadn't closed the door properly! Also one of the trays in the fridge door was broken so wouldn't take much weight. Probably heavy items is what broke it in the first place.

Need more fridge space, both fridge and freezer were frozen also.

Property is situated next to a busy, noisy road with no back garden.

Very good. Comfortable although a little cold without the heating on. The bed was a bit on the soft side for us but others would like that.

It was a little tricky trying to find the place in the dark. It would be helpful to supply Coordinates and What3Words for the property. I did find it via the written instructions supplied but as I was on my own I had to stop and read them in detail once I realised that I wasn't going to find it any other way.

Big kitchen plenty room and seating in lounge. Bedrooms clean spacious showers very good.

Definitely need blackout blinds or curtains in bedrooms as light comes through windows very early in summer months. Stools around the kitchen island would have been good to socialise while cooking.

as you see ive given it 10/10 and any niggles I mention are only suggestions and not criticisms . there are a few little jobs need finishing off ie several plug sockets loose and no extraction in main en suite . next door there was a sound of constant running water which sounded like a drainpipe running constantly , didn’t bother us but would like to have known what it was . should also be mentioned in description that you cannot walk out of house with dogs as road far too busy and fast 60mph traffic . we loved our stay totally and we mention these things to help owners improve their place , cheers

Spacious enough for all 7 of us 🙂 Clean and comfortable beds. Great showers. Location is peaceful, really close to kielder water and forrest.

I did presume the property was detached (my bad). Had to be mindful of noise.

No heating on when we arrived in February Two bags of laundry with previous renters sheets and towels in, greeted us in the porch on arrival. A few days later another bag appeared. When I called to complain I was told my stay was in between collections ! Classic….. Property smelt damp Radiators in some rooms did not work and attempts to cover up issues with walls was poor Floors dirty on arrival Badly scuffed walls Noisy neighbours through the wall
