"Perfect location, just 5 min walk to the castle."

Fantastic location for the city centre and with parking. Fantastic communication from the hosts with loads of information. One piece of advise is make the WiFi code easier to find, i.e. put it in a welcome pack or on a page on the table. found it eventually. It's on a slide out panel to the back o the router!

Nothing much. The mattress in the main bedroom has possibly seen better days, but we slept well enough. The bath had a repair to it, but the hosts had pre warned us and they plan to refurbish the bathroom very soon.

The location was great. Comfy sofas, rooms a good size. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

Lacking a freezer (would be handy for re-freezing freezer packs, making ice for drinks and keeping a couple of ice creams in), the bedroom curtains let in a lot of light, and we think new batteries needed in TV remote,

"Great place close to Lincoln city centre"

Easy walking distance from Lincoln centre. Parking in front of the property meant we were happy to leave the car there when we went exploring. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We were particularly grateful for the owner's understanding when we were unable to leave on time because our car wouldn't start!

We missed having a dishwasher and freezer

"Excellent location and very comfortable"

Grayz Town House is just outside the town wall and only takes a few minutes to walk in to town. The owners kept us informed about checkin. They were very helpful recommending places to eat and a nearby supermarket. The house is a good size, very clean with comfortable beds. It was quiet at night and we slept well. We kept the bikes in the garden and if it had been warmer we would have sat outside. The parking outside the house was very handy as we cycled most of the time. and left the car at home.
