"An enjoyable stay overall."

The quiet location and the building itself.

Room temperature, all thermostats locked with a code, due to.open plan layout some areas cold. Shower in triple room ensuite leaked amd overall water temperature was only warm not hot. Had an issue with no water on friday night, found out later due to problem with borehole water supply, however very poor response and attitude of person who answered phone when reported issue with booking company.

"Loved lodge suit families and couples"

Space in lodge - countryside area - views amazing- kitchen plenty of utensils - quiet - beds excellent Would stay again but not in the autumn or winter months due to lack of heating. Easy booking and exactly as the pictures

Tepid hot water I did not take a shower had to boil kettle for men to shave and wash up - underfloor heating could not feel even though came on for a very very short time Lack of instruction for hob (my sister did not have a clue lucky I have one ) dishwasher did not take normal tablets Television great size when it worked we missed most of Strictly! We had a few issues unable to make contact with local property manager used emergency contact Ben in Scotland he tried but unable to correct
