Crystal Lodge with Hot Tub

The log cabin was home from home everything that we needed. Free WiFi there is lots of storage and a TV in every room.

The mattresses and bedding did not have any protective covers and the pillows where stained. The kitchen worktop is painted with gloss pain with lots of chips and its very sticky.

Peacefull

No washing machine or laundry facilities. Windows where dirty and no oven tray , we had to buy our own

Very good - one drawback was the changing of lodge and late comms on not being able to check in early as agreed

Location and site

When we arrived in the property there was rubbish left on the coffee table and half drank water bottles not cleaned away. Hot tub controls where incorrect, later found maintenance had the wrong sticker was sent and not all the jets worked when turned on. Very disappointed with this given hastle with host contacted and needed to swap our lodge due to an issue their end.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

GPS address led us to the other compound. Some instructions were vague, eg we didn't know how to lock the door. And didn't"t know where the greens bins were. One of the bathrooms did not have toiletries.
