"Clean, cosy but needs small changes"

The living area was gorgeous and so was the bathroom! The area was friendly and quiet too. The kitchen was mostly really well equipped. The cushions & throws make it feel very homely too. No need for the TV as it was so nice just to chill and listen to music.

The outside area was REALLY not suitable for our dogs( medium and small sized) - the uneven patio slabs , random rubble and gravel and the steps up are actually very dangerous for humans as well. The kitchen and main bedroom were very clean but tiny and awkward to move around ( we are NOT big people either) . We also feel that for the price charged we did expect toiletries to be supplied.

Heel gezellig cottage, schoon, goede keuken met alle benodigdheden. Prima bedden en een mooie badkamer met bad. Hele vriendelijke eigenaren die erg behulpzaam zijn

"Good Value for money, easy access; some of the amenities can be improved"

Location is Good (near M6 - so access was easy) Convenient to access different locations within Lake District (Windermere, Ambleside, Ullswater etc)

Vessels were not cleaned properly (possibly by the previous user) Dishwasher was not working properly Ground floor had a stale smell on entering; needed to keep windows open.

"Great cottage, great location, very quiet"

"Perfect cottage, perfect location"

Perfect cottage in the perfect location to explore the lake district. House had everything you could need and a very welcome basket of goodies when you arrive.
