"Great Durham get away."

Special appreciation for providing beautifully clean, soft white bedding, sheets and towels. I have a real concern after a couple of bad experiences in other past rentals. I would certainly recommend this clean and well presented home 100%.Lots of hot water so refreshing shower morning shower to start a busy day. Thankyou for the supplies provided. That was a lovely touch. We has a wonderful stay.

"Compact and convenient."

Very generous welcome pack. Thick fluffy towels. Comfortable living room. Location was good as we were visiting family in Bowburn.

Lighting in living room was a bit cold/clinical - try warm white bulbs? Nowhere to hang the towels to dry - maybe a towel rail in the bathroom or hooks on the doors?

"Comfortable stay in a lovely house near Durham"

Great location near Durham and the north east coast. Lovely little house, very comfortable - all you need for a short stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Not really a complaint - just a very personal observation - Darker curtains in the smaller bedroom would have been great - our little one was awake early!!

"Superb"

Brilliant to be able to go away as a family home from home. The breakfast hamper was such a lovely unexpected touch. Heather was a fantastic host with fantastic communication. Well stocked kitchen facilities with a lovely lounge and garden for the dog. 2 parking spaces were a bonus too!

The bed has a footboard. I wouldn't say my hubby was relatively tall but he said he was to tall for the bed because of this and didn't sleep ao well.
