Brockwell - 2 Bed Modern Home, Near City Centre

Welcome basket was lovely and inside the house was spotless.

The bathroom. Light did not work, and there was signs of a leak from bathroom in the living room, flaking paint on ceiling.outside table needed cleaning before we could use it

Lovely little house. Had everything we needed and super comfy bed

Great value for money. Walking distance to Durham centre (1 hour), shop within walking distance, everything we needed for a few days.

Great location for Durham, Beamish and Diggerland. Property was perfect for family of 4. It was modern, well maintained and spotless. There was a great wee welcome pack arrival with coffee, tea, milk, wine, crumpets, butter and jam. Good garden for sitting out and for letting the dogs have there own space,

Nothing was wrong with this property.

Location for the university. Clean. Had everything we needed (except a hairdryer)

The beds. Bed 1 too noisy. Bed 2 had a ‘roll together’. Duvet too warm for the house.

The house was clean and cosy, in a good location close to Durham and with handy access to the motorway. Everything was well explained in the messages and there were no problems accessing the property.

The description mentioned a dining table and the photos showed a plan of the house which featured one, but there was none to be found. It wasn't a nightmare, but there was only a tiny bar table in the kitchen, which is not a suitable dining table for four people. It's also not the sort of thing one typically worries about or double-checks before staying somewhere - you just assume a house will have a dining table in it - but again, it was mentioned and shown in the description and plan photo.

Well equipped and decorated house. Very comfortable and easy to settle into.
