It was clean and everything you needed was there. Heather was brilliant and ready to help if we weed it The bus was a minute away.. We will definitely.book again.

A cosy stay handy for visit to Durham, lovely welcome tray and good facilities, generally clear modern feel would recommend

It would be a little too cosy for a long stay with a family, there was a bit of a doggy smell.

Location close to our trip to Durham on the bus, and by car to Beamish as see family in the east ( former coal miner ) Good bus network, pretty quiet seeing as main road nearby, Heather was excellent, was very kind leaving milk,butter,jam,crumpets,biscuits, prosecco for us.

Had no tin opener but not biggest issue in the world

Lovely and clean, all crockery provided. Welcome pack was amazing. Easy to get public transport into city centre.

"Lovely stay with attention to detail!"

The little touches, milk and butter etc in the fridge. Tea bags, coffee and biscuits! Oh and a bottle of prosseco! Really great host, lovely stay!

"Heather was very nice on telephone and helpful."

Nice welcome tray, WiF,i clean, nice and enough bedding and towels.

Property is tired and needs some TLC. Tired garden area , table n chairs. Some units loose n rocky....bedside drawers. Outside front was in need of clean n some gardening. No info about having to get round back of property for keysafe. Heather helped with that by phonecall.
