Juniper Cottage

Location, very quiet and decor; very nice complementary basket and lots of information, comfortable rooms and spacious for a family.

Our double room was very cold, we tried to set the temperature to 20 but still it was cold and the bed was very sqeeky

Easy instructions for check in and directions to the property. Wonderful welcome hamper left thoughtfully for us. The property was clean and had all the facilities to meet our needs. Great location near Bakewell. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lovely weekend catching up as three friends. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a get away in the Peak District

Beautiful cottage and fantastic location.

The shower in the ensuite bathroom leaks out all over the floor. The master bed mattress and pillows need replacing. A few issues with cleanliness - there was quite a lot of dust around, particularly in the master bedroom, which caused hayfever issues. We also had to wash all the dishes because they weren't left clean (presumably by the last guest).

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable to the point that we extended our stay for another 4 nights.

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable, especially the fire stove in the living room. The upstairs rooms were wonderful for my children, as were the numerous puzzles and games in the living room. Communication with the owner was excellent, helpful, and informative.

This property really is exceptional. The decor throughout is really tasteful with lots of interesting touches, there is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge, and a very well equipped kitchen. Everywhere was spotless.
